Nice photo, Charley! That little pun is so clever – with the tree frogs there is a cacophony that both defies and exemplifies peace. One of my favorite sounds in this world!
Portofino is a massive wish! But also a poetic misdirection (who ever heard of a great poet in the city Disney built?). Tree frogs are a joy! If you haven’t had the pleasure, pursue it. There is more to Florida than gators, a mouse, and a marketable wizard.
For me too! ( Portofino π ) Many years ago we drove across to St. Pete’s from Orlando, stopping off at Cypressa Gardens. Lots of crinoline ladies but I completely omitted to look for tree frogs π¦
Welcome to Six Word Saturday Charley
And i’m happy to meet you and your blog

Thank you! When I’m not being a crazy poet and writer, I snap a shutter (or cell phone ) here and there.

Thank you! My madness began when my older brother took me to a (one of the last) concert by a trio: Baker, Bruce, and Slow Hand hisself. (No lie!) But for a touch of crazy… and possibly a laugh:

Are tree frogs noisy, Charley? π And is this wishful life in Portofino? I had a quick look at your about page and you’re in sunny Florida. π
